1. Digital Product Delivery
Once a successful payment is completed, users will receive:

A confirmation email with instructions (if applicable)
Delivery method: Digital delivery via TradingView invite / email access.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Digital access is typically activated within 12–24 business hours after successful payment verification.

In rare cases, activation may take up to 48 hours due to technical or verification requirements.
If access is not received within the mentioned time frame, customers may contact us using the details below.
3. Coaching/Appointment Services
For coaching sessions or bookings:

No digital access is shipped.

The service will be delivered on the scheduled date and time selected by the customer.

Joining details will be shared via email or WhatsApp prior to the session.
4. Incorrect Email / User Details
If a customer provides incorrect email or TradingView ID, delivery may be delayed.
Please ensure all information is correct at checkout.
Support will assist in updating details if needed.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver access due to:

Incorrect email address

Invalid TradingView ID

Missing required account information
We will attempt to contact the customer up to 3 times using their registered email/phone.
If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be marked as complete.
