Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Options Guide.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions or digital access purchases made through our website www.optionsguide.in.

1. Digital Product & Access Activation

 

The Options Guide indicator is a digital subscription-based product that provides access to TradingView (Invite-Only Script).
Once access is granted to your TradingView account, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

​

Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis under the following conditions:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the Options Guide indicator after use.

  • The customer requests a refund before their current subscription cycle ends.

  • A legitimate reason is provided describing why the indicator did not meet expectations.

  • Access to the indicator will be removed once a refund request has been processed.

Refunds are calculated only for the remaining unused subscription duration and not for the time already used.

 

Example:
If 30 days have passed in a 90-day subscription, only the remaining 60 days are eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The subscription period has already ended or is near expiry (less than 7 days remaining).

  • Access has been shared with another TradingView user or used in violation of the Terms of Use.

  • The customer attempts to request a refund after filing a bank dispute or chargeback.

  • The customer fails to provide their correct TradingView ID or does not respond to support requests.

  • Refunds will not include payment gateway fees, taxes, or charges outside product cost.

4. Subscription Cancellation

​

  • Customers may cancel their upcoming renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancelling does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund Request Process

​

To request a refund, please send an email to:

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email

  • TradingView Username

  • Order ID

  • Reason for Refund

 

Refund reviews may take 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 banking days depending on the payment gateway and bank.

 

6. Chargebacks

 

Filing an unauthorized bank dispute or chargeback while access is active is considered policy violation. In such cases, access will be immediately revoked and legal recovery procedures may apply.
