About the Coach

​With over 10 years of experience working in Acupuncture, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and Mindfulness-based approaches, I help individuals strengthen clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

 

My work is not medical or psychological treatment. Instead, it focuses on guiding individuals through:

  • Structured thinking and self-awareness

  • NLP-based reframing techniques

  • Mindfulness and emotional regulation methods

  • Goal-oriented clarity and decision frameworks

 

The intention is to help individuals train the mind to shift from reaction-based behaviour to structured, calm, and intentional responses — especially in high-pressure environments.
